In South Zealand & Møn, there are many small, cosy farm shops with fresh homegrown fruit and vegetables. There is something for everyone, so if you come across a farm shop, don’t hesitate to stop for a peek inside. Many places offer samples of their fresh fruit, or the opportunity to pick your own during the season. Below, we have listed some of South Zealand & Møn’s many farm shops.

Noorbohandelen

Noorbohandelen is a cozy shop with an impressive selection of quality spirits, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Find everything from local specialties to international favorites. Here, you can also book a tasting which we customize according to your preference.

Langholm Frugt

In the 40-year-old plantation we grow apples and pears of many different varieties as well as plums, ribs and cherries. We sell them from our cozy farm shop. We also sell a nice cold pressed apple cheese made from hand-picked ripe apples of the varieties: Red Ingrid Marie, Red Elstar and Bellida.

Jonsholm Strawberries

Jonsholm is an old family farm, in the village of Bakkebølle, where 6-8 different varieties of tasty strawberries are grown, many of which are rarely available in stores. Several different varieties of potatoes and peas as well as blueberries.

Opportunities in the Copenhagen Coast & Countryside’s shops

There is a wide selection of shopping opportunities in South Zealand & Møn, so don’t despair if you’ve forgotten your toothbrush! In Næstved, Stege, Præstø, Vordingborg and Store Heddinge, you will find cosy pedestrian streets with chain stores and various specialist shops, but you can also find a nice selection of shops even in the smaller towns. On a rainy day, a trip to the shopping centre Næstved Storcenter can be recommended.

Næstved Storcenter is South Zealand's largest shopping centre, with over 70 speciality stores. Here you will find everything your heart desires, with an amazing mix of shops which offer everything from fashion and accessories to groceries.

Præstø Habour

Præstø Habour is close to the town centre. Well-equipped marina with modern facilities. Harbour area features a good restaurant, a café, a fishmongers shop and an ice-creame stall. Check out the Saturday market and visit the Thorvaldsen Collection at Nysø manor or the pottery, Rødeled.

Stege City

Stege is one of the old market towns in Denmark. The town grew in the medieval times herring tale. Stege is today a modern and living city with a lot of different good restaurants and shops.
