Dogs on the beach

A trip to the beach is almost always a hit with both two- and four-legged visitors. Dogs are welcome on Danish beaches all year round, but from 1 April to 30 September they must be kept on a leash. On Blue Flag beaches, special rules for dogs also apply during the bathing season, so always check the local signage.
