Gallery Jane Solby

Jane Solby mainly paints non-figurative, poetic works and works with acrylic on canvas – layer upon layer, often incorporating different materials into the paint during the lengthy process. This creates a kind of 3D effect that makes the paintings change in appearance depending on the lighting. Inspiration is often drawn from the colours of nature.

In 2014, Jane Solby opened the doors to Galleri Solby Kunst og Design in Stege on Møn. A fantastic place with plenty of charm.
