Animal show for children at Bregentved (Børn og Dyr på Bregentved)
’Børn og Dyr på Bregentved’ is an animal show that takes place near the Bregentved Estate every year in june.
The site, which is the size of 13 football pitches, buzzes with activity all weekend.
Around 300 children and young people from Zealand, Lolland, Falster and Møn exhibit their pets. They compete against one another to see who has the best knowledge of the animals, but also take part in competitions, such as rabbit jumping and pony games.
On both days, entertainment is on offer at several locations. There’s everything from horse shows to dance displays.
Tractor pulling takes place both on Saturday and Sunday, so there’s ample opportunity to experience these large machines in action.
In the large playground, you can sit and relax while your children play.
There are also stalls selling second-hand goods.
The amusement park, Ankers Tivoli, is also present at the animal show.
If you want something to eat or drink, the animal show has many stalls, where you can buy a burgers, sausages, coffee, waffles and much more.
